this may sound like a really stupid question but are the difference between the 4g61 (na) and the 4g63 (na) injectors, intake and exhaust manfiolds?

whats the main differences between the two intake manifolds, does it really matter if i have the 4g61 intake manifold on the 4g63 engine? would there be much benefit of changing it over to the 4g63 cyclone intake?

There is enough of a difference where you would want to swap your manifold

just to jack the thread a little bit.....

any idea if the '61 injectors are any bigger in the '63?

and can VR4 injectors be used without changing the ECU?

NA injectors are different then Turbo injectors and if you use the Turbo injector you must graph in the resistor into your harness, otherwise it will not work and your car will run like shit. As for flow rates I do not know the NA injectors, other then 1.6L are smaller then 2.0L.
As for Turbo injectors 1.6L are 390cc, 2.0L are 450cc.

The turbo injectors have an impedance of 2-3 ohms, while the NA injectors have 12-16 ohms.
W/o the resistor(s), you'll fry your ECU in a matter of seconds.
