i have a 95 mirage 1.5L the battery is full charged and full tank of gas. but wont start. i tried to flood the engine with fuel but i cant smell gas. i think it may be the fuel pump or injectors. and it has been siting for a week because it was rear ended by a ford.[/img]

If you happen to have A/T, it could be the start inhibitor switch. Does the starter even turn?

yes starter does turn and wonts to start but just wont start. i just changed the sparkpugs agian and it still wont start i think its a fuel problem

(1) test for spark. Pull a plug. Oh shucks, go ahead and clean and set all of them. Get somebody to crank. Watch the gap. (make sure gas fumes are not present.)
(2) listen to hear if injectors are "clicking." Pull out an injector to be sure fuel is pumping.
(3) check comopression. (you need a compression guage-tester)
If the big three are present, you should get a start.

You need five things.

air
fuel (mixed with air correctly)
spark
compression
timed ignition

found it. it was a bad fuel pump. thanks for all the suggestions tho
