Please read the DISCLAIMER. This is the sort of mod that can destroy a turbocharged engine in less than a heartbeat. If you do not fully understand any aspect of this system, DO NOT install it on your vehicle or anyone else's vehicle.

if its a bleed valve which it looks like it goes on the vac hose which comes of the actuator on top of the turbo just cut the hose in half and fit eather end in sorted :D
i wouldnt advise it though ive had bad expereances with these as if you put you foot flat down going up a hill with this not set correct the boost pressure can rise 40 psi plus even before the turbos half wound up :o which is not good :(

ok long story short we put a 2nd hand tranny in to replace the old one, as we started to hook everything back up it seems that the vacuum hose off the BOV has nothing.
So let me get this right... follow the vacuum hose off the BOV then it comes to a T intersection, one goes to the actuator and the other goes to the air can???
and no i dont have a bleed valve.

You need a pressure source under boost to make the BOV and waste gate work. It hooks to the intake manifold. On my 4g61 there is a nipple in the middle of the intake manifold behind the fuel rail. Greg

NO NO this will make your actuator stay closed all time and blow your engine up. If you pake this go to the vacume can.

It goes BOV to a t the then goes one way to boost control silnoid and silnoid goes to air can. The other end of the T goes to another T and one goes to actuator and the other to a boost source.
