Considering giving the 4G63T swap the boot and building the lancer as a rally/club car rather than a drag car.
SO.... Questions!!! If i'm staying 4G61T then i'll need to do a few things to "enhance" the lil 1600's power.
1: Does a JDM VR-4 inlet manifold bolt up to the 4G61T head?
2: Does an EVO exhaust Manifold (and TD05 16g) bolt up too?
3: If I use VR-4 450cc injectors and VR-4 ECU, does the air flow meter need to be swapped too? Or will the ECU need to be modded?
4: Just how strong is the 4WD gearbox in this car? gonna handle a wee bit of abuse? OR will I be changing it after every event?
