Considering giving the 4G63T swap the boot and building the lancer as a rally/club car rather than a drag car.
SO.... Questions!!! If i'm staying 4G61T then i'll need to do a few things to "enhance" the lil 1600's power.

1: Does a JDM VR-4 inlet manifold bolt up to the 4G61T head?
2: Does an EVO exhaust Manifold (and TD05 16g) bolt up too?
3: If I use VR-4 450cc injectors and VR-4 ECU, does the air flow meter need to be swapped too? Or will the ECU need to be modded?
4: Just how strong is the 4WD gearbox in this car? gonna handle a wee bit of abuse? OR will I be changing it after every event? ;)

Cheers for any info :)

2) Evo exh man fits - you need to grind the right hand lower side a little. Tdo5 bolts up - you will need to modify your oil and water lines as the banjo bolts are slightly bigger. The down pipe will need to be modified to fit the dump pipe.

3) Not too sure but im using vr4 injectors - 2g afm (same sa an evo) and vr4 ecu and it runs fine. When i put the 4g61t ecu in - it runs like cr@p!
