I've checked out a few or the larger companies and they don't sell lowering springs for a 92 colt 100e!

does anyone know if there is a company out there that sels these?
can I get them from a different car?
or am I just gonna have to cut the springs?

thx

Tilf,

Intrax actually does... if you want pretty extreme drop use a set of FWD Talon springs and add .5 on the specified drop rate eg. if its a 2.0" spring drop it will drop the colt 2.5" and so on.. I'm using a set of AWD Talon Ground Control Coilovers and they work amazing too. Look in the part review section for my comments.

Would stock Talon springs so the job? (the colt is up pretty high - stock anyways)
Or should I invest in some actual coilovers?

B&G makes lowering springs.
i'm using 1G FWD Eibach sportlines and i can hardly fit 2 fingers between the wheel and fender, then again my hands are huge.

Go to the suspension archives and there is a budget suspension upgrade that slams the car using talon parts.

Stock talon springs may cause the car to sit unlevel although I have never tried them all around if they were free then try it. I suggest coilovers are the greatest option then you can set them as high or low as you please...
