Ok, so this is my first Mirage and I've still got a lot to learn. I had a few questions maybe you guys could help.

What is this lever actually for? When I move it the steering wheel gets loose, thats all I can tell?

and does the factory turbo Mirage have a factory boost gauge. I assumed it would've been in the cluster but I do not see one. Here is what mine looks like

Thanks for any input.

Does the lever adjust the angle of the steering wheel?

The only boost gauge I have seen for those clusters is a light that comes on. No real gauge.

No, it has a tilt lever down further. The only thing I can tell is that the wheel becomes wobbly when I move the lever. Cool about the boost gauge.

That lever is for the telescopic wheel, although it only moves about an inch.
No boost guage on these puppies. And the bolts for the dash are behind the top corner vents, just stick a flat screwdriver under the vent and pull them out.
