I wondering what year/model oil filter housing this is? I was planning on installing an oil pressure gauge and I'm not sure where exactly to put the sender. Most of the ones I've seen already have a tap somewhere on it. Thanks, Chris

It looks like a 1g DSM.

That's what I was trying to say, I just forgot to add that. Thanks for clearing up my mess. My Hyundai G4CN housing looked like that one and it's identical to the 1G NA housing.

Little Update...

Thanks for the help as I think it is indeed a n/t dsm OFH. I guess the n/t dsm's have the sensor on the back of the block instead. Anyways, has anyone had any luck mounting their oil pressure sender at one of the allen key spots on the front of the housing? I think that's my only choice other than getting a different housing.

You should have no problem using one of the ports off of the oil filter housing as long as you have the correct fittings.

I tap my oil pressure gauge into the turbo oil feed port on the top left of the head. That port is the furthest distance away from the oil pump so I know whatever I am seeing at the gauge is the minimum that the oiling system is getting. Just my prefference.
