I own a 1g AWD and i got a SBR Manifold,E3 16g,Walbro 255,560cc,SAFC,Aeromotive FPR,2.5" Piping,Evo3 FMIC,Exedy Clutch,2.5" Apexi Downpipe,AEM UEGO Wideband and things like that.I was going to tune it for safe 11,5:1.Now that im running a Greddy Profec B-spec II,i really get into Trouble to get the Car fast enough.Im running 20psi of Boost. Can someone tell me what really happens when i change for example "Gain"?How do you start with that Boostcontroller to get fast? When i set it to 5% and 0.25 then Boost hits hard, but Top End is really weak. When i set everything to 0,then im way faster in the upper RPM.

Did you get the instructions with the boost controller? I found that once I read the instructions that controller was much easier to use. If you're shooting for 20psi, try these settings...

45%
10 gain
Start Gain 1.25
Warning 1.45
Warning Limiter 46%

Let me know how that goes for you. What are you using for datalogging?

Thanks alot for your answer! I have tried it at the moment. Now it runs waaaaay better ! :drinkers:

Only thing what confuses me is,i have to change the 45% to 75% to get 20psi.Is it normal? btw,i got a Instructions Book, but it is in Japanese. And this is my first Electronic Boost Controller,so i dont have no experience with it.For logging i use my old Palm and MMCD 1.8.

Hmm... move the Start Gain to 1.38 and leave the first % at 45. If this doesn't change things, go ahead and run the first % up to 70% and move the warning to 1.52 and the warning limiter to 76%. If this gets you to 20psi and holding solid, start turning up the Gain until you overboost (go over 20psi). When it goes over 20 back it off 1-2% so it doesn't creep and run it there. That will give you the best boost response. I hope you get this thing figured out, it took me a while with mine but eventually it worked perfect. Are you sure that you hooked up the vacuum lines on the solonoid right (for running internal wastegate)?
