Had a nice run in with a 95ish Lingenfelter badged black T/A, plates "N FOR S". First thing I thought of was need for speed

94 west freeway, I see him coming up pretty quick, he passes me, I get up and blow past him. I see him closing in behind me coming up fast, I squeek into the middle lane, giving him a full left lane. He attempts to do a flyby and as soon as he's at my drivers door I nail it and am side by side with him. I gain about a car length and he slows down. That car is FAST, like REALLY fast. Would've beat me for sure on my old setup. Here comes another flyby, I nail it again and start to pull away from him again, we hit 100 then I look down and we're closing in on 120 within seconds. I couldn't take it much past 6000ish, my fuel or timing map is a little lax still, blew some coolant all over the engine around 120 in 5th, oops. It was worth it though. He rumbled west on 94 and I got off on my exit.

Great job on humbling the V8, I'm sure he felt real stupid.

V8? isn;t the corvette a v10?
