My brother was driving, I was riding shotgun. It all starts at a 4 way stop.
He turns left onto a nice 2 lane rd, spools all of first and rips off a very nice(read, lots of tire spin and torque steer) 1-2 scratch.
Next thing we know a late 90's 4 door Accord with a muffler and altezza taillights, couldv'e been a 6 cylinder, but got beat like a 4 cylinder, comes blowing past hard on his brakes, wanting a race(he he he he he he he  )
So we speed back up past him, we are running out of road by now, get in front and take another right on to us 380, for thos of you that live in denton, started at bonnie brae, headed towards 35.
we pass a moving truck and slow down, and man is that accord coming hard, well as hard as an accord can...
he got to the driver's door, he was on the left, and my brother downshifted into 2nd, he obviously didn't need to but he likes the 2-3 scratch as well,
the vtec wailing, he didn't get past the front edge of the driver's door, then 2-3 shift, and bye bye.
sitting at the next light, he asked, "What the f*%K do you do to a colt?"
that was the crowning moment.
"We put a 4g6....uhhhhh, we turbocharged it!" was the answer, beautiful.
Stupid honduh, thinks he can beat a turbocan, and yes this is the FIRST race we have been ever able to pick, no one will race a little red rocket, go figure.

If speed kills, then i shoulda been dead awhile ago. There is no such thing as "Too Much Power". There is no excuse for a lost race. Do you view the rev limiter as a fun limiter?or as a shift point? And we all know, more boost=more fun.
