It's not much of a story...but on the way to base today, I got passed by a clean black WRX with gunmetal rims. Looked stock otherwise. I caught up, pulled past him....then waited for him. Naturally, he came up on me, and when he got next to me, I gave it some gas. This was 5th gear, at about 80mph, and I wasn't even flooring it. I have the mbc set to 16psi, and I was pulling pretty good. I got ahead of him, and started walking away. I shut down at 105, and he finally caught up. Turns out the guy works in the same building I do, so I'm going to track him down and find out if the WRX was in fact stock.
It's nothin special, but it was the first time I got to go up against a WRX. I almost got to race an EVO the other night, but he got on the highway a couple mins ahead of me, and there was too much traffic to try to catch up. I may be a little crazy but I'm not stupid. I'll get my chance eventually.
