race was from 30-110+

i spun through third, and had to shift it easy into 4th because of my tranny...was running 22psi, small 16g, 110 octane...etc...

69 mach1 has a built 351, is an auto...has a higher stall...and is probably a 112-115mph car...

good race though...can't wait until i put my new tranny in w/ kaaz

nice race....

we have that same tranny problem as well, shifts fine driving, as soon as you do anything fast in 1-2 or 2-3 it wont let you unless you are below 6.5k, and the car revs to 7500 like a banshee in the 1st 3 gears...

drive down to texas and we'll both use 110  and go clean up around here.

I gotta point this out. Muscle cars weren't designed/built/intended for roll racing, they were stoplight warriors not highway junkies.

And 1.6, and 2.0 turbo cars weren't meant to beat Muscle cars.

What motor is in that CSM? Is it me or did our fellow CSM member got pulled on pretty hard? The domestic was doing ok at the beginning but just kept pulling at the end and probably would have done more damage but they both slowed down. nice race though. keep up the good work

The CSM was actually keeping up with the Mach 1, he just pushed the brakes earlier than the stang if i remember correctly. Haven't seen this video in a while.
That video is with his old set-up also, he's pushing more HP now!

Sounds like a domestic ricer excuse to me!
Its street racing, and its just for kicks. Either way, great video Chet!
Any clue on mods to the mustang? Sounded like a pretty healthy streetcar.

I'm using firefox, and no, it will not work for me. And I refuse to open explorer, it freezes my computer.
