I have konis with a set of Ground Controls on my daily driver and I LOVE IT i do tons (I probably put on 30000-40000KM a year and they haven been nothing bu good to me I just had a busy weekend that had me in the car for about 6-7 hours straight and my back was fine... let us know what spring rates/lengths your getting I got 7" 300lbs in the front and 7" 250lbs in the rear they work nice...

Do you have any pics of the car? Does it sit level? I was going to get 7" 300lbs for the front and back. I've read somewhere in the archives that I should get the same rate/lenght for the front and rear? Thank you for your inputs.

For mainly street driving 300lb springs may be a "little" rough.

For street driving, go with berserko's setup.

For autocrossing, go with 300lbs all around (or maybe stiffer all around)

For dragracing, go stiffer in the back.
