If someone would be so kind as to give me these part numbers or tell me how I can get them, I would greatly appreciate it.

The parts are the brass heater core tubes in the photos in the link to the Galant board below. The vehicle is a 1990 Plymouth Colt Vista Wagon (really a Mitsubishi) and the VIN is JP4FH31V7LZ043826. I have searched online and not found anything. I just need the part numbers and I can go from there. Thanks.

Heres what I found online.
HEATER UNIT Brass Tubes MB877104 Outlet MB877105 Inlet

It looks like Mitsubishi might still be able to get both of them, but Chrysler has discontinued both of the parts.

Check amayama.com or partsouq.com as well as dealers that can put an order in through Mitsubishi Japan if nothing hits on US mainland.
Can always ask JNZtuning, but again they will be at the mercy of availability stateside and the same answer if the request goes to Japan mainland.
Amayama is based in AUS using Japan and the UAE for parts bases. PartSouq.com I want to say is Euro, but is very handy in confirming parts that show stock may still exist and some crossovers in certain cases.

Thanks, guys. I just ordered them online through JNZ. We'll see if they are available through Josh there, once he processes the order tomorrow.

Many thanks!

I received an email from JNZ saying my order status is "declined". I'm assuming that means the two brass pipes are no longer available. I also checked amayama.com & partsouq.com to no avail.

Has anyone else got any ideas?

Thanks.

What exactly is wrong with them? pitting? cracked?

They are cracked and leaking in several places: at the creases that resulted from the 90 degree bends and where the two steel brackets hold them in place.

I think I can make (or have them made) new ones out of copper. I work at a manufacturing plant and we bend a lot of copper, aluminum and stainless tubing for refrigeration. The hard part is the 90 degree bends.

I'll keep you posted. And thanks for the reply.

Mandrel bends (if they even do them that small) FTW.

It a definite plus if you can get them made at work!

If you can't get them bent in 90 degree sections, I bet the plumbing supply store will have what you need.

I have no idea how solder joints do with Ethylene Glycol.

Another possible option, would be to, use molded rubber heater hose, and clamps, in any of the tricky bends, and then use copper everywhere else, just an idea that came to mind.

^^^ Yessir. i think we all realize you never want to be going back in there, so make sure you use really good springs clamps if you get EPDM "rubber" hose.

Just as an update, I ended up making some out of copper.

Thanks for the help.

This may be handy for those coming in, after the fact.

Thanks for posting.

But if you are really looking for one of these models, your best bet would be to go through a non-collector.
