I assume that picture above is showing the front bumper style and not an actual product that was made and painted?

How is the group buy being run?

Deposits, time frames, etc, etc. Please contact the site admin to pass this by him and the admins.

I highly doubt this is the group of car enthusiasts that will be able to shell out a grand on a front bumper. I'd love to get in on this but there's no way I can pay that much for a bumper and lip.

Ok so here is the scoop... Price is too high to get bumpers.

There is a guy that plans to make some out of some ABS material, so bumper will become available.

I need to know ASAP from the people that owns JDM from bumpers who is willing to pay $400 for just the lip made of carbon fiber.

Deposit required = $200 upfront and $200 before shipping. (parts will take at least 2 months)

No pictures of the actual product because we need to buy a mold first.

There are only a handful of those bumpers on the continent.

You will get 10 members that own them, actually see this, and the remainder is anybodies guess because FB spreads out the user base.

If this isn't passed by management, then you won't be getting any responses.

Are you just asking about interest on the lips now?
Then flying eagle is probably right there arent many current bumper owners to even want a lip

now having bumpers made is pretty cool and i think people would be interested but a thousand bucks is just more
than this crowd probably will pay. Especially without any pieces already made and their accuracy and quality vouched for by an experienced member.

dont get me wrong i would love a jdm bumper. First choice would be the real thing but if a replica was made with good quality at an affordable price (affordable is relative lol we are all cheap) i would be interested and i think others would too. Im guessing the price would have to be half of that above. And if they just cant be made for that, then so be it. I know running a business is expensive and making anything labor intensive like a bumper is probably a ton of work so i dont want to take that away from anyone.

i want to commend you for the interest and effort in the project your putting forward though. i would love to see this happen some dayin one form or another.

Segio from Carbonetics was the one contacted to do it. Their accuracy and quality are fine trust me.
