 Post subject: Radiator core support

I haven't done one on a 3g yet but you basically find all of the factory spot welds and use a spot weld cutter to drill them out. Very, very time consuming for sure. I did this on my daughters 94 Montero and it was no fun. Drill tiny pilot holes and drill slow using cutting fluid.

I haven't done a rad support but did spot weld remove parts when i did an awd conversion. It does take time and the spot weld removers do wear out. Take your time and good luck!
