The tires look stretched a bit, but that's all I'm noticing.

@Jeremy

whats the width of those 16's?

does a 7 inch wide stick out of the fender? for 15's and 16's
It's a 7" wide rim with, i believe, a 35mm offset. They were made for an early 90's honduh accord.
I also edited my first post as i have a 45 series tire, not a 50 like originally stated. :oops:
My tires sit a 1/2 inch in from the fenders.

15's are great for daily driving or to hold drag slicks. In my opinion for any type of road racing or autox you should run 16s. 15s will have too little diameter causing the gears to be too short, if you increase the size on 15s wheel you will just end up causing more sidewall flex. You want 16s so you can run a smaller side wall with possibly a tiny amount of stretch to get the best possible traction. I am kicking myself for getting 15x7s, they have 225/50s on them. I am now planning to change my set-up to 16x7.5s with 225/45s.

I am yielding towards 16's, but are those on the pics have lowering springs installed? I am a bit worried on wheels touching the body on a full load

As far as I can tell they are stock springs. They are not cut I checked. Maybe they are sagging though because it looks lowered to me. There is about an 1 1/2 " wheel gap in the front. It does scrape the inner fender plastic under medium loads and you wouldnt be able to run it hard like autocrossing. I am working on a stiffer spring setup at the moment

@ thomcasey

does the 16's and lowering spring go together? how is it taking the road bumps, and ride quality. Is it true that lowering gives stress on the other parts of suspension? like ball joints, cv axles, etc... also does it need adjustment on cambers.
