Finally getting around to working on the 1991 Dodge colt I have. It was an unfinished project when I got it, I'm pretty much down to paint and wiring. It's getting an Megasquirt 1 setup using the stock cas and ignitors/coils/wires.... Got it assembled, tested, and a unterminated harness. Printed out all the ecu pinouts a could find and headed to the car, only to find out nothing I had helped. This is all I have hanging in the passenger kick panel. ![]() Any ideas on what these are? Also where would the starter relay be located if the car had one? Right now the starter is not hooked up and there is next to no quotes in the engine bay other than a fuse box on the passenger side fender. Thanks Randy |

9 times out of 10, if your starter isn't clicking or cranking its because the exciter wire is disconnected. But I could be totally off due to it being a project. What engine is in it? Is it a swapped car? |

Checked wires hanging with a meter, found the fuel pump wire, 12v, and switched 12v. Found the cranking hot write for the starter hanging in the engine bay. Right now the starter is disconnected completely and I don't see starter relay anywhere. Going to pick one up tomorrow, but as of now it is looking like I won't have a clutch safety switch out any of the stock gauges or warning lights. Yes, it's a swap in progress. 4g63 4 bolt I think with regrinds. Arp head bolts balance shaft removed 550 injectors 65mm throttle body 255 fuel pump 91 turbo trans and a 5 lug conversion turbo is just a small 60/48 t3 from a Ford 2.3 I'll post some pictures of the mess later tonight or tomorrow. |
