Normally I would run the hose through the rubber gasket at the steering wheel , but there does not seem to be near as much room as the 2g GSX or Galant VR4. Is it my imagination that there is not enough room for my boost line? I will be wanting to install an oil gauge soon as well and it looks too tight. Is there another route to use?

I wish I would have noticed this earlier when I had the motor out and put a manual steering rack in as well.
Thanks - Joe

Likely there is more room at the grommet that brings in the ECU wiring near the brake booster. Alternatively if you use a hole saw to cut a hole in the firewall, prepare for multiple layers of metal at weird angles. I know I brought in my boost gauge somehow last time, so there must be an option closer to the steering column.

There's a large grommet for the speedometer cable.

That's where my wire harness and tubing went through.
