thinking about modding this bumper cover to fit my colt. has anyone done this? what has to be modded? and mostly, how do you like it?
i am partial to keeping the car as stock as possible but just do not like the look of the factory bumper cover.

It has been done. It isn't my favorite bumper to use, I prefer the 1ga Laser bumper. But if that is what you have and you like how it looks, go for it. Some creativity will be necessary. |

I have the laser bumper on mine. I personally don't care for it. I like the stock csm bumper or a subie bumper. |

Subie bumper'd lines don't match at all. And the bottom lines for the 1ga are more round and won't match sideskirts. JDM/EDM GTI/Cyborg bumper or 1st gen G20. |

He doesn't have sideskirts on this colt. Maybe a bumper like this one from my son's 1ga GS-T? I think it is close to the laser bumper, but with a lip.

I think they look OK. Kinda too big for the car though. Here's what I did...Infiniti G20 (early model), should look way better when I finally get around to painting the car:

I have the g20 bumper on mine too, completely unpainted. It was a new purchase for the colt (still has the foglight hole fill in place). Looks to be the same size as the Laser/eclipse bumper, if the lip were removed. |

I have that bumper. It's huge, but it covers my intercooler and bumper bar.

Very interested in the rest of your body mods. What are your side-skirts from, and the rear bumper looks like a modded 1gb talon bumper?
