I have just started my street rail project. I'm still in the homework stage.

So, of course it will have a 4g63. The wheels on the buggy are currently 5x205. I am considering using 1G dsm hubs to make so dealing with axles will be easier. DSM wheels are 5x114.3 if I'm not mistaken. I have no idea if adapters exist for that combo.

I found some adapter websites, but I just thought i would post here in case anyone has dealt with this.

I am currently using 1" wheel spacers that function just like wheel adapters, they bolt onto my hubs, and the wheels bolt onto the adapters. Be sure to keep a close eye on price, it may be cheaper(and easier) to go with a different set of wheels.

I would love to just use some gst wheels or whatever, but it currently uses back wheels that bolt up from the inside of the wheel and have a lip about 7 or 8 inches deep. The tire itself is super wide. So, basically a normal wheel would change the whole stance of the thing. I would post a picture, but hosting and linking is a pain.

Since the hubs are round can't you just redrill them to the needed pattern?

hmmmm, that could be doable. I'll have to see how much room I have to work with around the existing studs.
