Bueno is spanish for "good" basically. He was being sarcastic. The other 3 pistons are usable, but I would be a little worried about the #4 cylinder and combustion chamber. The damage to the piston looks severe enough to possibly have scored the cylinder walls.

The block should be fine, but have it checked out just to be sure. I don't know if you plan on using that head or not. It looks like that valve broke off while the engine was still running and it tore the sh*t out of everything and obviously munched the piston.

You may be hard pressed to get it cleaned up properly. Those divots look pretty deep and you may compromise proper compression by trying to take them out.

well i ran my finger throughout the cyl and it was as smooth as a you know what and i looked at it for a bout a halfhour and all i seen was croshatch marks it was the same in all the other cyls it almost lookes like the motor was recently redone as with how clean the pistons are i dident wipe them off that is the way they were when i pulled the head

so i just was hopeing that i dident have to get 3 more pistons

Lightly tapped the valves......#4 must have been "Lightly Tapped" by Lennox Lewis.
