Yes i diid search, ive seen basically 2 options for the LSD insert in our FWD tranny's the BM and the Rip Grip. I can find the Rip grip for sale no problem but i cant seem to find a vendor that sells the BM LSD insert, Are they discontinued? Can someone point me in the right direction? Also is there any traction bars available for CSMs? or all custom fabbed?

LSD inserts are just asking for trouble friend. Save the money and buy a Quaife or another full locking lsd. The inserts have a bad habit of destroying transmissions. Go to dsmtuners and look up lsd inserts to hear about horror stories, or email jack at jackstransmissions.com. All major trans builders are against using them. How people still sell them is beyond me, but they're junk.

You could do an old school racer trick and weld the spiders gears in the lsd,but that permanently locks the diff, eats tires, and makes sharp turning next to nil. Rough on axles too.

Just my $0.02.

I have one of those inserts, and all it really does is produce a lot of fine metal particles. Not really much posi effect at all. You're better off with grippier tires, or swapping to AWD.

Drag radials ftw. While i would love to have an lsd, drag rads cost half as much and an open lsd effectively locks until one tire spins, better tires will help hold the power creating an lsd effect.

The equal length axles give a pretty good lsd effect, it essentially gives equal force to each tire. I spin both tires at the same time without a posi.

My Colt with drag radials will leave 2 black marks, and that's with unequal axle shafts.

Your tranny is gonna explode sooner rather than later.

They're as far away as your local car part store.

Because it's a Mitsubishi? I've dealt with that in the past whether it's a 1g nt auto\420a 5-speed\1.5 auto\or a 1.5 5-speed.

I don't intentionally go around leaving 2 black marks, but have while practicing launching the car with the DR's.
Explain how I'm going to explode my trusty KM210, the only rock solid Mitsubishi transmission that I've owned so far. :)

My mirage is a factory turbo car, so it should already have equal length axles right?

I haven't had any problems at all finding them local (oriellys and advanced auto) both had them for 35-40 a piece and had them here next day. All of them were right the first time around.

And if its an original turbo car then yes they should be equal lengths already
