So you've logged said tps signal? If so it 100% has to be in the wiring somewhere. Check to see if you are even getting voltage out to it.

I'd try this http://www.plymouthlaser.com/tps.htm obviously if you get a 0 reading from one of the terminals then TPS needs to be changed.

The TPS is a three wire circuit.
One of the outer wires is the ground
The middle wire is your signal wire to the ECU
and the other outer wire is 5 volts regulated from the ECU

Back probe the sensor, and check for 5V coming into the sensor.
Next back probe the signal wire and at idle(throttle body fully closed) should be approx. .63 volts
If that all checks out good Ohm out the ground and insure it is good.

It takes less than 5 minutes to do these tests and it will help to let you know the condition of the sensor. Your best option is to do a potentiometer sweep test with an oscilloscope but not many people just have a scope laying around ahaha. Hope this helps narrow down the problem

Is it indeed a 3 wire TPS or a 4 wire?
