Hey guys, ive search around and been un-able to find info on this subject.

Ive got a 93 colt (4g) and ive been told dsm axels WILL FIT the stock colt hubs without a problem. Now, a friend of mine has a 90 gsx transmission he is giving me for free. My question is, are the fwd and awd axels the same? will they fit? or will i have to do some frankenstein axel building.

Sorry I missed this, from what I've gathered on mirage forums 1g dsm axles will work with a 4g as they are slightly wider than our 3g's. If you don't want to bother with the two piece D/S axle you can also run 1.8L (from a 93-96 csm) axles as they use the longer shafts that go into the diff like the dsm axles.

You can also run a 2g fwd dsm turbo tranny along with 93/94 fwd turbo dsm axles with the bigger inner stubs.
