I bought a new clutch master/slave cylinder from advanced auto parts for my summit sedan. (km210 trans). Will the full length SS clutch line work? Meaning are the thread pitches the same?

Yes, it will work. I have a two piece ss clutch line. It's nice to know they sell a one piece deal now.
