do the 3rd gen's (CA) and 4 gen (CB,CC) w/ two bolts share the same front and rear strut tower bar?

No, they are not bolt up. bolt spacing and tower size are smaller on the 4g.

You can mod the 4g strut tower bars to fit a 3g with a welder and a grinder. That's what I did. Front and rear.

I used a dremel to hack the front 4G one enough to fit on my 3G.

A 3 bolt hole 1G DSM bar will fit on a 3G.
