What is a good steering wheel for a 89 GT steering column? I'd really like to get an aftermarket wheel and I don't know what the best diameter is and where to find it. What is the diameter of the stock wheel? I don't want one of those garbage Ebay ones either. |

I was always under the impression that the aftermarket dsm hubs would only fit the na csm steering columns. I do remember someone posting that it was fairly easy to mod the turbo column for an aftermarket hub though. I had a 365mm Momo on my 4g and loved it.  Here is an Evo 8 wheel that I made a hub for.

Back from this 2010 thread  I'm looking for an EVO8 wheel swap like this. I keep the stock C53 telescopic column. Airbag removed. And using this method i think : http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/article ... l-dsm.html @ Chris: Have you use this method or similar ? Horn bouton working or it need to be customised ? An DSM hub adapter whill fit ? Thanks. Remy |
