Is the oil on the part of the plug that is in the combustion chamber??/ like where the spark actually comes from? or on the top part of the plug where the ceramic part is.

If its on the electrode part... its valve stem seals or worn piston rings/cylinder walls that are causing it. Engine Rebuild will fix it. (Not cheap)

If its on the ceramic part where the spark plug wires connect to it then its the valve cover leaking oil. Easy fix (need to change the spark plug hole grommets too.

What engine is this??? Need more clarification

its a 4G15 engine. no the oil is not on the electrode/tip but on the sides of it.

Start with changing the valve cover gasket on it and then use something to clean off the side of the engine. There probably is some buildup of oil/dirt behind and around the manifold too. There are multiple types of engine degreaser out there, usually just spray it on a cool engine, let sit and hose off.

It is the cover mine was leaking in the same place. Clean everything very well used Peramatex. I had to do this twice before I got it to seal. It very easy to over torque which will cause it to leak worse.
