Hi I have an AWD gearbox of 95-99 4g63turbo. Is the gearbox with a front LSD or not?

No. The front diff is not an LSD. The center diff is an LSD, but that will not be useful for a FWD application.

I have locked the viscous coupling unit to have a permanent AWD. I m using only the front application.

Racing slicks.

With an LSD you'll just spin the shit out of both tires instead of one.

Wheel spin on any higher HP, lightweight FWD vehicle is inevitable. Theres not really any way to avoid it (besides doing the AWD swap) but there are a few ways to make it not as bad. Wide racing slicks would probably be your best bet.

I have 16" rims with 195 / 45 / 16 tyres.
What is the maximum that my car can handle regarding the thickness?

225/50 or 225/45 should fit depending on the offset and width of your wheels. 195 is pretty skinny.

Ok I will go for the 225/50 to have more wall of tyre too.
thanks for the info

I made wide slicks and the first reaction were the axles. I broke the driver side :(

Ouch. That's usually what happens. If you're making a lot of power, you should buy custom pieces that are thicker than stock. If you broke an original axle, just get pair of new ones for each side because you'll break the other one right after you put in the new one on the other side due to them being worn out after nearly 20 years.

No. You'd have to have them custom made. Very expensive.
