9" wide wheels will cause bigger problems than understeer on a Colt if you're trying to make it handle. If you want to stop plowing through corners get sticky tires and learn how to manage your cars weight shift - i.e. turn in delicately at first so you dont overwhelm the front corner. |

Yeah, what CVD said. Bigger tires won't really help your situation. You have a FWD car, it will always plow until you address more of your suspension. There is such a thing as too much tire for a car. |
