No offense taken! However IMHO it is better to have some options when/if you find yourself understeering into a corner. Every FWD panhard-rod rear end car I've driven has had a nervous, fairly unpredictable rear-end (N15 Pulsar, CB Lancer GSR, J1 Lantra) when not fitted with an upgraded rear-swaybar. The trick is not to go to heavy with the rear bar and if possible get an adjustable one at which point you will get a little more oversteer but since it is progressive can be dialled in at will via the throttle.
Obviously the exact setup you use comes down to personal preference and driving style.
