I believe I used a 31/64" first since its the same size as the holes in the rotor. Then I opened them up with a 35/64". Drill slow and used some cutting oil as those hubs are hard.

I did mic the holes YOU dork;) But they mic'd to 13.98, 13.86 stuff like that and the studs mic'd to 14.3, 14.5 etc. I found a 14mm drill bit online, but looking through the equivilant to it in standard is like 89mirageman said and 35/64.

I already drilled all the holes to 1/2 as that was my biggest drill bit... so just gotta find the 35/64 now I guess. ToolKing??

McMaster Carr or ebay. Just buy a high quality one. I found one local at a fastener store, I want to say that one bit was around $20.

I finally did the swap thanks to the help off al of you.I use all the assembly from the 1G from the struts to the whole brake system, only thing i did was cut the spring 1 coil and ream the tie rod as 89mirageman states and thats it.I need now buy the Yoshifab camber plates or ream the factory strut holes to correct the camber.Overall it was pretty easy

So guys, this doesn't seem to be working... got the hub on there, the rotor and then I was trying to put the caliper bracket on and now it obvious that something isn't right! The hub/rotor is out too far and won't allow me to get the bracket bolts threaded on.

You're going to have to space the caliper out a bit. The reason for this is because the 92 mirage sedan doesn't have that thick lip on the back of the stub axle for a seal, so the hub slides on further. You have this lip on the 89-91 cars so you have to compensate by adding a spacer. You could also trace your caliper bracket and make a thicker one from aluminum, I believe Harvey used 1/2" aluminum for his and that seemed to be the perfect thickness.

That sucks:( I figured as much though it just seems a little scetch to. Space the caliper out, especially the speeds this thing goes... but it is just the rear I guess.

Is the hub/bearing nut supposed to not go on all the way too? You can see it in the pictures.

Looks like it is on all the way to me, not sure I understand what you mean. You could always sell your rear hubs and brackets to someone that wants to do the rear disc swap and stay 4 lug. I'm sure Harvey could get his buddy to cut another pair of aluminum caliper brackets. This way you won't need any spacers.

oh his buddy made him totally new aluminum brackets?? I thought he just made the spacers. You should get him in this thread!

My hub nut sticks out past the end of the spindle rather than being flush or on past the end of the spindle. It's tight, just not on the threads all the way
