I made two magazines this month ! :o Pg 52 in the new SportsCar has a pic and some info on our weekend in Missouri (though they call the Colt a Starlet) and I just found out that Grassroots Motorsport used us as the opening pic in their newest mag in a rallycross article.

Yeah definitely. www.hugheshometheater.com/Photos/Rally has a folder called SportsCar that has a scanned in version of the article. It is called Divisonal Report or something of that nature. The other is just the cover of the magazine. There's also some pics and such around there that you can check out too. The 100AW folder has the pics from the event that they are talking about. I'll do the Grassroots one once I find it. It is just a picture though on the cover page for a rally cross article.

Sorry about the Tif thing. I scanned them today at school and didn't have a chance to convert them to JPG. The Starlet is cool hey. The funny thing is that I have been considering buying a Starlet for a daily driver/fun car. Light weight, RWD, easily swap in larger Corolla engine. 140 hp 1600 lbs RWD Starlet would be a blast to play with on the street and be discreet.

I can't seem to view the files either. I have a hard time confusing an 84 colt with a starlet. I actually bought an 83 starlet new. Then traded it in on my 84 colt. It was a fun car in the snow and ice. Always got better than 40 mpg. It was a complete rust bucket when I sold it for $200 in 94. Greg

Thats funny, I'm buying a '83 Starlet for $100 tomorrow. The lady is the original owner, still runs (has cracked exhaust manny) and is in relativly good shape.

Is it an EFI 4-speed or the carb 5-speed model? I still have the factory service manual laying around. PM me some time if you want to pick it up. Greg
