This is for a 24 hour non stop short track race, not for street.

Looking for the best pads that I can find for my 91 Mirage Hatch non-turbo (stock brakes). We just got done doing a few 60mph-0 stops and the pedal felt VERY soft and the brakes smoked quite a bit.

Looking for the best upgrade out there (pads/rotors) using the stock brake assembly.

Also, are stainless lines avalible for my car?

Thanks!

I still have stock mirage calipers, however, i bought cross-drilled rotors and PBR deluxe pads(PART# D1201R). This combo gave me a definite improvement over stock, without spending a lot of dough.

Carbotech is now providing a couple sets of brake pads for our race....they said one set should last us the entire race but just in case they included a spare.

I'll let you guys know how they worked out. Just from our speaking with them I'm already impressed.
