Okay, so it seems ever since I changed my timing belt and front crank seal, my car has been running slow.
On my way home from school a couple days ago, I started to drive up a road that wasn't very steep at all
and it took 19 seconds to get from 40 to 50mph. Yesterday coming home, another slight incline going 55mph,
I put the peddle all the way down going up it, and it was dropping in speed.

I don't think that the timing was off when putting it all back together, but I guess there is always a chance.
Do you guys think something could have happened during the last install? I don't know if I'm able to move
the distributor at all to change the timing if it is off just a little. Thanks again for your help guys.

There is a difference between mechanical timing (timing belt) and ignition timing (distributor). Check your ignition timing with a timing light, check your cam timing by verifying all marks line up at TDC.

Sounds to me like you're retarded........one tooth! However one tooth either way should run, just not well. Had that happen plenty of times on the 1.5 during a belt job. Do what Nocturnal said and you should be fine I would think.
