does anyone know if a 90 colt ecu would work in an 89 colt,, both cars are manual 5 speed.

yes it should be no problem as long as they both are standard. I used a 92 ecu with my car but the engine and wiring is an 89 and it works perfect.
But it's getting a while new setup because i'm putting a 4g61 turbo in it now.
