err i put a new o2 sensor in, changed oil and seafoamed engine about 500 miles ago.....anything else? could it be my timing? currently its about 4 below TDC.

Timing should be at 5*BTDC. Yuo'll get a little more power and better mileage if you set it at 7*BTDC. Watch for ping if you run 87 octane. If you get ping, advance a degree.
