as i'm sure many of you know, the front tranny mount is spongy even if new. Lots of flexing with stock motor.
I took a tube of black Vulcanizing Industrial grade rubber i found laying around the shop and filled the front mount. Stuff took two weeks to cure.
Its about the same elasticity as the original rubber, but solid now. NO more flexing! Additional vibration is really minimal! Revving the engine only yeilds about a 1/4" flex in either direction. Probally not as harsh as polyurethane mounts and cheap to make!
