I missed out to another former member on here for a cheap 87 quite a few yearsbback. He finally got bored of it, probably because it ran so f'n shitty and sold it, and yeah i paid way too much.

Anyhow i need to pretty much redo the entire swap along with pull the engine out and fix a bunch of ghetto bullshit.

First thing to do is to return the enginenback to bone stock on a stock ecu. While i'm doing that i will remove all the horrrrrrible wiring.

Maybe i can get most of the bumper chrome off half the engine too. Frankly i would rather have a bone stock g32t engine in it, but ill settle for the 63 for now...

Its also riding on the bumps basically because he cut way too many coils. Hands like crap. Ill be working on some adjustable coilovers.

Otherwise, im glad to have this car though lol. I now have a pretty much complete 80s collection.
3 box type turbo lancers, turbo cordia, 85l6 mighty max 4x4, 3 starions, and a 2 door turbo tero :)

I was referring to the box-type early 80's Lancers. I want one so bad!

if I found one cheap, I may grab one, but right now, I have enough projects. It's basically a cordia anyhow lol. I still have a few cars on my agenda, a early 80s sigma turbo as for importing, other than that,.... I dont know lol. I have enough cars, and right now im concentrating on fixing some stuff up. Rebuilding the engine in the mirage, mighty max, and my 04 ranger I hydrolocked earlier this summer lol.

oh, and my latest buy is a ex mitsu race truck from the coors race truck series.
Bought the number 88 truck fully logged. Met the original crew cheif that worked with dave wollin back in the day.

It has been converted to turbo, with stand alone and air water intercooler. Pulled over 1g on the skid pad in 1994. Fun truck that drives like a car. I have some bits n pieces to buy, like the correct grill n bumpers and what not, and have the vinyl recut as it was rebadged as a d50 for some of it's life. Came with a firehawk starion engine, and 2 hks 9lbs flywheels. Hopefully I will get it out on the track this summer.

Dude you have got some of the sickest cars that I have ever seen. Seriously! I'm jealous! That truck is like the cherry on the top! I think my favorite is the black 4 door with the gold(?) wheels. I have absolutely no idea what that thing is but it is so cool.

Wow! 9lbs? Those things are probably like gold in the StarQuest community. Normally I'm totally meh about trucks, but this thing is rad!
