Cylinder wash-out from cranking too much can cause fuel in the oil. Your compression has probably dropped too as the gas will clean the oil off the rings. Pull the spark plugs, check for spark then put a small amount of oil, like less than a cap, in the cylinder.

When diagnosing no-start situations check the following:

Fuel - make sure you are getting the proper pressure
Spark - needs to be a strong arc
Power to necessary electronics.
Timing - Cam and spark timing has to be correct

There are other issues that will make a car not want to start but those four are good starting points.

On most FPR you have the inlet which is the rail side, then the outlet which is return and low pressure. You better have something coming out the return, or you have nothing coming in the fuel rail IMO.

Most of what's going into the rail should be returning. If it's not then something is wrong.

If you are flooding your crank case then I would guess the pressure is there (in the rail).

Try another fpr when it's not flooded.

Wonder if the C10 style has a fuel pump test plug that you can put direct 12V+ from the battery, and get it running so as to not flood anything in the motor.

Yes they do and looks like the DSM one its on the firewall.

If you car is flooded with gas it won't start, not even with fuel or spark. Pull the plugs and let the excess gas escape and change the oil and do a flush once its up and running.

As stated above there should be fuel going back into the tank via the return line. Keep at it don't give up. Good luck and let us know what happens.
