Just finished a compression test on my g32b, it was cold but I got 165-175. :supz:

Unfortunately, my IM to head gasket is leaking and causing a lean condition. But at least I can fix it, I was getting ready to scrap the car.

scrapping a mirage is a sin. I will have a hard time letting go of mine too. Hence why it is still parked in the garage, since 2006. Waiting for the day I have time to do the 4g63 swap.

OH, believe me, I want to use it, otherwise I wouldnt be holding onto it. Still starts every time I crank it, once every few months! I will take it around the block and pollute the air with burnt oil and front right side tire smoke! Actually took it out today to put a new garage door on. Man I miss driving that car. Thanks for the offer though.

unfortullay i traveling too much and have no time to work in the mirage , i already started to take all the interior out then i will move to the outside, doors, fenders, engi/tranny, bumbers, windows,,etc,etc,etc i will leave it on its own skeleton,, sand blast everything and from gold color is going to be WHITE, same bitch but with a different color,,, :supz:

it will take time but it will be done

If your going through that extent for a color change go with something a bit more exotic.... Like a pearlescent white, or anything else. Thats alot of work for just white lol. Good luck, if you need anything answered about painting I can give addvice.

When you did your swap, did you keep the old g32b fusible links and not the fusible links on the 4g63 engine harness?

I'm using the swap wiring images you posted a while back to do my swap wiring and am pretty sure you used the old g32b stuff off the positive battery side.

jon i keep the fuse box from the mirage and discarted the one from the eclipse harness,,,, let me know if you need any help with the wiring,, so far mine havent cought in fire so i guess is good :o

Esta bien!!

I removed the DSM MPI plug and wiring and spliced the DSM engine harness into the c13a interior wiring and mpi relay. I have the g32b running now with MPI, using a 4g37 IM, 2L sohc optical distrutor for the CAS/TDC signal, DSM blue 450cc injectors, and custom e931 eprom running speed density! I'm finishing up the engine loom now. Hope to be driving if by the end of the week.
