When I compar my GLX and EL sedan on the wiper motor it has same wires on it but on my GLX it has an intermittent movement of wiper unlike on my EL sedan it has no intermittent movement..

What makes the wiper move intermittenly? IT is a motor differences or a timing that integrated with the wiper relay..thanks

I think the intermittent model comes with a relay in the engine bay. I had to replace one in my car. See this post on the problem and solution that I had on this forum:
