So, for some reason I seem to think I have seen some pics of a awd c 10 on here but can't remember where, or find them now. Has this been done? If any one has info, or has pics,(even better) please let me know. It may just be the way to go for me. Thanks.

That would be Malaysia.. and they rarely come in hatchback form. The sedans come in AWD there if I'm not mistaken. Proton produced the same C10 bodystyle with body panels/front end freshened up until 2008.

AWD is hard on these chassis due to the wierd suspension setup as compared to the 3g csms, or dsms. From looking under the car it looks like it would be impossible, but thats what they said a few years ago about the 3rd gen csm's. Although this probly won't, I hope this helps.

Ya its helpful. I just think it would be sweet. I like the 3rd gen, and the swap has been well documented. Hell I can pick one up almost any where for cheap. I just really like the looks of a 2nd gen hatch much more. Well that's a ways off, I just wanted to see if anyone has done it yet. Thanks

Me too, I like the 2nd gen look. It would be nice to have a c10 with AWD! But then again, anything is possible it you have the $$$!
