BG Synchroshift, GM synchromesh, Pennzoil Synchromesh, Redline MTL, Redline MT-90 <--- all of those work well.
I run the pennzoil myself because the local Autozone carries it and its in stock. I have tried all the others in the past and had good luck with them too.

I couldn't find any of the mentioned types so I got some Mobile synthetic 75w90 at Advanced on Sunday! Hope it is ok.

NO! Do NOT use that fluid. It will kill your synchros. It is not intended for transmissions, it is intended for rear differentials and stuff like that. Return that fluid and get normal 75w-90 GL-4 approved fluid if you can't find any of the other stuff we listed.
