ok the car is running. it sounds good, i have a little bit of an exhaust leak, but all good i knew i needed a few gaskets. I am however having some big time oil blow by issues. it has more smoke coming out the back than i have ever seen. i dont think its the rings, but i will be doing a compresion test as soon as i can. i am thinking more along the lines of a valve seal problem. i have been told that the fact the motor didnt run for 15 years the seals will shrink up, and after running it a few times, they should seat right in and be all good. if any one has any other ideas bring them on, thanks every one.

yea deffinetly put some time on the motor fix your exhaust leak. but yea just run it and see if it gets better. if not then it could be the valve seal or the turbo seal or the rings

You could try the "pressure the cylinder with air" while you change the seals, which I think is sketchy. I would recommend the "stick rope in the cylinder" and then turn the engine until that piston is up, which should put enough pressure to change the seals without dropping the valve. Never tried it, but know lots of people who have done successfully.
