i removed the 1G DSM intercooler out of my mirage and decided to go for a front mount intercooler, i got an evo8 intercooler, now this one can cool down the turbocharge air at 20 PSI

Nice and clean! how much boost are you running?
Did you cut the bumper support?
How is the hood latch held up?

Running at 20psi for now,

In order to fit the Evo fmic the fabricator had to cut the rear part of the bumper, think he chopped a leat 1.5" wide and 28" long, also he relocate the oil cooler behind the fmic..

As you can se at the pics the support bracker for the hood was attached to he intercooler, think he did a great job,

some dsay this week the eng will be retune and go to the dyno to chk what can I get out of it..

My goal is 375hp. Once I get that my proyect will be at the end jejejejeje

Please post some vids of the new found power! I think you should start another project and sell this one

I'm thinking build an C50 AWD,, but I like the C10, its a car that is very rare to find it,, ill put some vids as soon the mirage is retune

hows the rebuild going

looks great. any updates? what turbo you running? evo 3?

looks really good man. always nice to have a helper to grab tools. specially once he learns what the tool is so it doesnt take so many tries.

while tuning the eng after GM MAF/ MAF TRANSLATOR and 10 gallons of E85 the head gasket took a crap, well,, back to the shop, head to the machine shop, got a good deal and the head came with springs, 272 cams, FP exh manifold , 850cc inj, so back to tuning again, idle and cruse were tuned, now i have to wait until next tuesday in order to go to the dyno an tune WOT and fine tune,, ill let you now guys,, mirage 3, miragesist 0,, see what that fruit and banana happens, and finnaly get some numbers out, by meant time , ,
