what is everybody's take on using 180 or 195? I need to change mine and wanted to know which one is better since my car is pretty much a stock daily driver. Thanks!

I have a 180 but its too cold for the conditions I'm in. Why not get the regular 188 t-stat.

At Napa the parts guy sold me a 192 degree t-stat but I didn't like how my car got really hot when idling.

I think I am going with the stock 195 for the winter and put the 180 for the summer months. I don't have any overheating issue with my car, even in hot 90+ degree in the summer months using the 180 stat. I just don't get enough heat when it gets below freezing though!
