Another question!!
When I start up the car it's quite smoky, it's not really a problem as it's probably mostly due to condensation build up, however, when I leave the car running for a couple of minute's (engine warm) it get's very smoky, like a blue colour smoke (oil) If I take the car for a drive it seems ok when your going 50/60 but if you slow down and then speed up again it blow's a haze of smoke out (same if sitting in traffic)
I have been told it is either

- valve stem oil seals
or
- Piston ring's

Anybody have any previous experience of this and what's the best solution? Any how to guide's available?
I have been told it's possible to change the stem seal's without taking off the head using some compressor tool available on ebay! which one??

Anything else I'm missing here!
Thanks again.....

Performing a leak down test can provide you with more info on cylinder sealing.

Here's a tool for removing valve spring on the head. When doing this You have maintain the valve up against the seat. You can do that with the leak down tester by pressuring up the cylinder when its at TDC. I've also seen people use some thin rope. They use a narrow funnel to drop the rope into the cylinder through the spark plug hole when it's at BDC, (but not all of it you have to get the rope out, leave some hanging out), then they turn the crank, to TDC. The rope basically fill the void and stops the valve from falling down.
