i have grabbed a 1st gen DSM shifter assembly so far, but my colts been under a car cover, adn have been too busy to see what i can do with it. maybe this weekend ill finally get to it.

Sorry to bring this back,but does anyone know for sure that the Tiburon shifter will or will not fit the 3g cars?

Throw a 4G shifter in, the CC model, ie 93-95 style cars have them. I could have sworn there may be more threads with this info in them too.

My reason for asking about the Tiburon shifter is I'm interested in a short throw. I see if i put in the 93-95 style I can get a short throw shifter,sweet!
